Gina Ghirardi-Preston is the founder and Executive Director of Every One Matters. Gina's entrepreneurial attitude and experience brings more than 15 years of business management and sales and marketing expertise to Every One Matters. Along with a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of children in their communities, she created the Every One Matters foundation to share the experience with her fellow community members. Gina has taken an active role within her community for more than 15 years, volunteering, raising funds for organizations and charities, and creating alternative educational programs. Gina is a wish grantor volunteer for the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation and assists in raising funds for a variety of community programs and events.

Andrew Preston is the Treasurer and Secretary of Every One Matters. As an advisor to Every One Matters, Andrew provides 25 years of business and management counsel along with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children within his community. Andrew holds various board positions within community corporations, is the CEO of a telecommunications company, and a wish grantor volunteer for the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Diane La Mountaine is an advisor and brings over 20 years of experience in sales and business development to Every One Matters. During her career, she was also a spokesperson for several organizations, including a child safety program, lecturing on the prevention of abuse, molestation and abduction. Diane currently runs her own design and art business and will bring her artistic talents to Every One Matters beautification program by assisting with school murals and campus design. Diane is the mother of two beautiful and talented grown daughters, a "Nana" to two grandchildren and is active in her community as a council member of The City of Union City Arts Council, a Senior Advisor to the Arts and Culture for Union City Friends, an affiliate of A.R.T.E. (artists, reaching, teaching, education), and offers mural classes in the "after school arts programs."

As an advisor to Every One Matters, Scott's expertise in business, building construction and real estate over the past 22 years adds value to the overall purpose of the foundation. Scott has previously held board positions with non-profit organizations aimed at improving the lives of school-aged children and senior citizens. Scott has also chaired annual fundraising events for a variety of non-profit organizations, and brings energy and enthusiam to helping people within the community.

Kathy Quinlan-Perez is an advisor to Every One Matters. Kathy brings more than 15 years of experience in education and human relations training to Every One Matters. As a lead personal and professional effectiveness trainer and the Vice President of PSI World non-profit organization, Kathy offers her expertise in working with life-changing course experiences for both individuals and corporations. Kathy is active within her community, holding board positions with similar foundations. Her most recent and visible role is with the San Francisco Police Department's program, Operation Dream, supporting inner city youth through education, activities and mentorship.
